AN OVERVIEW - GENESIS OF THE K.V.

category wiseBirth date wiseEligible candidates

KV3 Colaba is one of the oldest KVS in the vicinity. It was shifted from Sasoon Docks in the year 1989 to the present location.

The school building is constructed on a sprawling area of 1.06078 hectares (3.9712 acres). We can boast of a spacious playfield which is a rare possession in Mumbai schools. The surroundings are divinely serene away from the maddening crowd, traffic, noise and pollution.

The terrace of this two storied building gives a marvelous view of the Arabian Sea and of the Light House prominently standing tall and proud. The close proximity to the sea keeps the whole structure very well ventilated throughout the day.

The Vidyalaya has an impressive lobby with a visitor’s suit. The corridors and verandahs are big and broad. The classrooms are huge with capacity to seat 50 students. The well maintained gardens, large parking space, highly equipped laboratories, well maintained departments, make it an ideal academic institution.

The qualified dedicated and cheerful staff truly tender it a desirable destination for learners.
